The Travel Group

On May 4th, Ensemble Travel Agents and Qantas Vacations Staff (total of 16) departed LAX on Air Pacific to the fabulous Fiji Islands. We broke up into 2 groups, and crisscrossed the islands, visiting different properties. Some of the hotels we stayed in during our 10 days in Fiji were: the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Matangi Private Island Resort, Namale Resort and Spa, Vatulele, Vomo and Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa. We also were treated to a site inspection and Farewell Dinner at Sonaisali Island Resort.

Some of the tours included Fiji Wild Escapes Fijian village tour at Vesiesi and the highland drive to see the sleeping giants. Horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, walking tours, Kava Ceremonies, waterfall tours, rainforest hikes, guided reef walks, mountain bike tours and Meke Ceremonies with singing, dancing, entertainment and lots of food filled our time in Fiji.

We met the friendliest people on earth, made new friends with our other Ensemble agents, and cried when we had to leave. It doesn't get much better than that!
